Information We Collect
When you reach out to us, you may share:
Your name, email address, and phone number
The message or question you send us
Like most websites, ours also collects basic technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, and time on site. We use Squarespace’s built-in analytics to see how the site is being used so we can improve it. This information is combined with data from other visitors and isn’t used to identify you personally.
Your Health Information
Please don’t send symptoms, diagnoses, or other medical details through our website contact form, social media messages, or regular email. We never sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run our practice, such as our website host, scheduling platform, and email platform, and only as much as they need to do their job. We may also share information when the law requires it.
Cookies
Our website host and analytics tools may use cookies to keep the site working and to measure traffic. We don’t use cookies for behavioral advertising. You can turn cookies off in your browser settings and still use the site.

Security and How Long We Keep Information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security. We keep inquiry and mailing-list information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. Clinical records are kept for the period required by Florida law. If a data breach affecting your information ever occurs, we will notify you as Florida law requires.
